Light Roast

The southwestern Guji zone boasts red and brown volcanic soils rich in nutrients, high altitude (2200m ASL), and bi-modal rainfall patterns that allow coffee cherries to develop slowly and flavorfully. These beans were grown on the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm and processed naturally (dried in the cherry), resulting in a fruit forward, blueberry, and honey noted final cup.
