Light Roast
The honey process started in Costa Rica within the last decade and has since spread to other countries in Central America. In this process, mucilage and juices of the coffee cherry are left on during the drying stage, giving the coffee a honey and fruity sweetness. This coffee was hand-picked, depulped, and dried on outdoor patios, and has notes of raspberry, tropical fruit, and honey.
